Demomodel FoilTronic® with battery case on the side

The following specified demomodel gives you some ideas of the realized production options under our brand names FoilTronic® and PRIOLine®.

FoilTronic®:

A combined operating panel and visual display unit was realized on the base of “membrane keyboard” which has the following attributes:

extreme flat and compact construction
(overall height: below 3 mm!!)
integrated solution of dust protection for displays
integrated cable connection to the evaluation electronics of the particular functions (thus reduction of plug connection)
free design of decor foil layout
tactile area, arrows and inscription embossed in relief
integration of the following components for operation and monitoring

Backlightning of display through EL-foil

backlightning of buttons through EL-foil (in different colors)

activation electronic:

Electronic was needed for demonstration, which shows the particular functions and can be operated by an integrated keyboard. The menu control, text selection and activation of the counting of the 7-segment-display is regulated by a microcontroller circuit. Also an inverter was integrated to drive the EL-foils. Mounting on stay bolts of the bottom plate, power supply over battery (mobile application)

PRIOline®:

The enclosure was engineered as „PRIOline®-sloped enclosure type I“.

It shows the multifunctional possibilities of this system if the assembly of customized enclosures is concerned:

individual dimensions, conformed on existing keyboard
framed edge protective strip for membrane keyboard without additional mechanical finishing or step milling
multi-coloured design (profiles and metal plates in different colours)
chemically resistant and robust multi-layer lacquer finish
transparent borehole wall, thus free look on the inside
low rish of scratches as the plexi glass is hard-coated
mounting possibility adapted to the circuit board in the bottom part
integration of an externally approachable battery case
